3PL Marketing Case Study: How Fulfillrite Quadrupled Their Revenue
SEO, content marketing, and ads helped Fulfillrite generate enough qualified leads to move from a 10K square foot warehouse in 2019 to a 50K square foot warehouse in 2021.
As of 2026, Fulfillrite now has 120K square feet split over three warehouses.
We’ve been working with them for 7 years.

The Company
Fulfillrite: A Third-Party Logistics Company Since 2010
Fulfillrite is a third-party logistics company that helps eCommerce businesses and crowdfunding creators fulfill orders. They’ve had over 1,000 clients and have been in business for more than 15 years.
The Challenge
No Marketing Staff, No Tracking, & No Idea What Was Working
When we started working with Fulfillrite in 2019, the company had no dedicated marketing staff. They were trying a little bit of everything—heavy advertising, attending events, intermittent content creation—but had no way to tell what was producing leads and what was wasting money.
New clients were dribbling in slowly, and CEO Charlie Brieger couldn’t connect marketing activity to revenue. He needed a logistics marketing partner who could systematically generate leads and figure out what was working.

The Solution
We Focused on Content Marketing, Google Ads, & Refreshing the Website
Charlie reached out to Pangea CEO Brandon Rollins based on his writing. At the time, Pangea Marketing Agency didn’t yet exist—Brandon was running Pangea Games, a board game publishing company, and writing a game development blog that sometimes covered marketing. Based on Brandon’s articles, Charlie thought he might have the right approach to run Fulfillrite’s marketing.
Charlie flew Brandon up to New Jersey to discuss plans for Fulfillrite’s marketing department. It was at that point that Brandon created Pangea Marketing Agency to serve Fulfillrite’s needs.
We started with the fundamentals:
- Creating and optimizing Google Ads to bring in qualified leads
- Building a content strategy with two new blog posts per week
- Launching a new website designed to convert visitors into inquiries
But the marketing execution was only part of it. Over time, we built the measurement infrastructure that now defines how we work with every client:
- Lead tracking and attribution to log where inquiries come from so Fulfillrite could see which channels were producing business. Not every lead gets attributed perfectly. Some come through word of mouth or channels that are hard to trace. But the system captures enough to make real budget decisions.
- AI-powered lead scoring which automatically separates high-quality prospects from tire kickers, running at about 30 cents per week.
- Revenue-connected reporting complete with weekly reports showing qualified lead volume and quality by source, tied to business outcomes instead of vanity metrics like traffic and impressions.
This tracking layer is what let Fulfillrite make confident decisions about where to put marketing dollars and where to pull back.
The Results
Revenue Quadrupled from 2019 to 2021 & Fulfillrite Has Continued to Grow
After nine months, Fulfillrite’s revenue doubled. In the year 2020, Fulfillrite’s revenue doubled again.
Following that year, Fulfillrite moved from a 10K square foot warehouse to a 50K square foot one in February 2021. They continued to expand and as of 2026, Fulfillrite now has 120K square feet split over three warehouses across the country.
Charlie was able to refocus his attention on serving his growing customer base because the marketing measurement system gave him visibility into what was driving growth. He could see where leads were coming from and where the opportunities were. No guessing required.
Key Results:
- 4x revenue growth in two years
- 12x increase in warehouse space (10K → 120K sq ft)
- 7-year and counting client relationship
- 30%+ year-over-year increase in SEO-driven qualified leads (most recent year)
- Lead attribution system the client owns and uses for ongoing decision-making
